Q) How do I place an order?

A) Follow these steps:

1. Click on the title of the book you want to order (a list of all books can be accessed under Alphabetical List).
2. Fill out the order form.
3. Click on the "Add to Cart" button.
4. Select the "shipping" and "payment" options.
5. Click on the "Purchase" button.
6. Fill out the "Bill to" and "Ship to" sections.
7. Click on the "Enter" button.
8. If paying by check or money order, print and mail this page along with your payment.
9. If paying by credit card (MasterCard or VISA only), select your card type, enter your card number and expiration date. Then click on the "Authorize Payment" button.

Q) I'm getting the following error message:
"Sorry, you forgot to include some important information. Please go back and fill in all required fields so we can ship your products to you."

A) You must fill in the phone number and email address in both the "Bill to" and "Ship to" sections. If the "Bill to" and "Ship to" are different, you can use the same phone number and email address in both. For example, if you are buying this book and having it sent to someone else, you do not have to supply the "Ship to" person's phone number and email address, just enter your own phone number and email address in the "Ship to" section.

Q) It won't accept my credit card.

A) At this time, we accept MasterCard and VISA only. If you've submitted a MasterCard or VISA, please recheck the card number and expiration date.

Q) When will I receive my book(s)?

A) All in-stock books are made and mailed within 48 hours of receipt of your PAID order. If you are paying by credit card using either the on-line order form or by phoning in your order, your books are mailed within 48 hours of the time you place your order. If you are mailing in your payment your books are mailed within 48 hours of RECEIPT of your check or money order. If you're taking advantage of our free shipping offer, your books are being mailed via USPS book rate, which takes approximately 5 to 14 days. If you're paying for Priority Mail, delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 days.
